Finding the right
helper is deeply personal.
I believe the journey to finding
that person should be, too.

Home Angel is a small, one-woman vetting service.
I meet, vet and reference every Filipino helper myself, and I only introduce her to your family if I’d trust her with mine.

MY STORY

How I started Home Angel.

Finding the right nanny shouldn’t feel like a gamble.

I’ve seen so many families in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan struggle to find someone they could genuinely trust. Too often, traditional hiring feels transactional, leaving parents guessing and often ending up with the wrong match.
On the other side, incredible Filipino nannies often struggle to showcase who they really are through a formal résumé or brief interview.

That’s where I step in.

Because we share the same mother tongue, I’m able to connect with these women on a deeper, more personal level. When we speak in our native language, formal guards come down. I get to understand their real personalities, values, and heart; ensuring they are genuinely the right fit for your family’s unique needs.

My goal is simple: to remove the guesswork and help you welcome the right person into your home with total peace of mind..

Three Things, done properly, from first call.

Personal Vetting

Every candidate is individually profiled, with documents checked, employment history traced.

Thoughtful Matching

I meet your family first, your routine, your children’s ages, your language and cooking preferences and all the information; then shortlist only two or three genuine fits.

Settling In

While placement is ongoing, I check in to ensure that the helper will be placed on time.

FAMILIES I’VE WORKED WITH

“We had been through two agencies before Home Angel. This was the first time someone actually asked about our children before sending a CV. Marites has been with us three years now.”

Claire T. · Mid-Levels, Hong Kong

“Honest to the point of talking us out of a candidate we liked, because she knew the fit was wrong. That told us everything about how she works.”

Daniel & Priya S. · Bukit Timah, Singapore

“The paperwork was the part I dreaded. It was done in under three weeks and I barely had to think about it.”

Yuki M. · Sai Kung, Hong Kong
